Do you ship to my country? 

• Currently we only ship within Canada. In the future we hope to expand to the rest of North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand & The United Kingdom.

 

Will there be tracking with my order? 

• Yes, once your order has been shipped and tracking updated you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all the shipping details. Please be sure to check ALL of your inbox tabs, as our email may not have gone directly into your primary tab. 

 

Am I able to change my address after purchasing? 

• If you are able to contact our support team at info@harukibrand.com within 24 hours, and your items is NOT yet fulfilled we would be happy to update your shipping address. Unfortunately, we are unable to change any shipping addresses once the order is fulfilled on our end - we suggest contacting the courier company once you receive your shipping confirmation email and inquiring about their policy. 

 

There hasn't been any movement on my order, what should I do? 

• If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, and you are wondering about the fulfilment of your order you can contact our support team at info@harukibrand.com.
• If you have received a shipping confirmation email and your order is in transit, you will need to contact the courier and inquire about the status of your parcel. 

 

What are your average shipping times? 

• Depending on where you are located within Canada, our customers generally receive their orders within 7-12 business days. In the extreme circumstance that your order is longer than this, please do not worry - all of our products include insured shipping & handling. Should your item not arrive, we will replace it at no extra cost.
